Small Steps Toward Radical Self-Love is something I’m incredibly passionate about.
It’s also something I’m great at teaching and sharing with other women.

What I know to be true:
YOU are worthy of love and affection, simply because you exist.
You don’t need more money to be a success.
You don’t need someone telling you that you are beautiful to feel beautiful.
You don’t need to be perfect to have a loving relationship.
Most importantly, you don’t need to believe every insecure thought that you have about yourself.
You can learn to like and love yourself just as you are, without changing anything, other than your perception. (That’s where I come in!).
And when you start learning this, when you begin to operate from a place of self-acceptance – watch out world. It’s a game changer!
My ideal client:
The women I most enjoy working with, are those who are used to putting everyone else’s needs before their own.
Those who are floundering and feel like they have lost themselves. Those who have a yearning to reclaim their lives, but don’t know where to begin.
Those of us who need help to break free from skyscrapingly-high expectations and the idea that self-worth needs to be earned.
We’re also likely to be a great fit if you have a history of perfectionism and approval addiction (I’m still working through this myself).
What I offer:
One on one life-coaching
I like to start with a blank slate and co-create a start over plan with strategies based on your untapped wisdom, your personal vision and your core values.
I specialise in teaching the tools of heightened self-awareness and understanding the connection between your thoughts, your feelings and the results you are getting in your life.
We will look at busting through old excuses and unhelpful patterns of thinking. We’ll tackle the core issues that have been holding you back for years.
You will get clear about what it is you truly desire and find ways to make your life feel and flow easier.
It’s not an easy quick-fix but a process of mutual commitment and total support.
We’ll have some fun while we are at it too. That’s a promise.
There are few things I love more than being a personal cheer-leader and highlighting the individual strengths, that each and every one of us hold!
E-Programmes
We currently provide one e-programme that runs every 4 or so, months called the 30 Day Self Care Blueprint. It’s 30 Days of self-improvement without perfectionism aimed at women who are ready to begin the journey of making themselves a priority every day. It’s a value packed course, with workbooks, specific tools and exercises we have created, mp3s, videos and daily group support.
Personalised self-care plans
I also offer a four-week personal self-care programme with ongoing one to one email support and a skype consultation, for those who require additional coaching and support.
Self-care workshops
If you have a group of four or more women and live in the Brisbane area, I can provide all necessary workbooks, exercises and motivational support for a comprehensive 1/2 day or full day workshop. These workshops are ideal for expectant mums or women who are wanting to set themselves up with a personalised plan that focuses on enhancing the quality of daily life, living with purpose and creatively streamlining time management and organisation in the home.
Coaching mastermind meetings
I facilitate monthly mastermind meetings in Brisbane, providing mentoring and a fun way to connect and collaborate with other life coaches. Contact me for further details if you are interested.
What makes me qualified?
I’m a certified life-coach, mum to three and a HUGE advocate of self-care, self-knowledge and self-love.
I have Results Coaching Systems to thank for my coaching cred, although I believe that a Master’s in Psychology and working as a counsellor, qualitative researcher and rockin’ mamma have helped to refine my talents.
I’ve lived long enough to know that everyone owns at least one story of suffering.
An eating disorder, clinical depression and generalised anxiety are some of the labels I have worn, and come to accept as part of my journey.
(I’ve learn’t and grown so much from my anxiety and depression. I no longer view them as the enemy.)
An enduring sense of compassion and the knowledge that you can live a purposeful and beautifully inspired life, despite your battle scars, is where I will meet you.
